Zusammenfassung

1. Es werden aus der Weltliteratur 37 Fälle von Tumormetastasen im Bereich des Handskelets gesammelt und ein Fall hinzugefügt.

2. Die Differentialdiagnose der entzündlichen und tumorösen Knochenveränderungen des Handskelets wird besprochen. Besonders auf einen malignen Tumor hinweisend ist die Diskrepanz zwischen Druckschmerz und Bewegungsschmerz bei pathologischer Fraktur.
