Zusammenfassung
Es wird über einen 19jährigen Landarbeiter berichtet, bei dem eine angeborene rein frontale Cephalocele besteht, die mit anderen Mißbildungen (Uranoschisis) und Anomalien (Sutura mendosa) kombiniert ist. Außerdem sind seit dem 14. Lebensjahr epileptische Anfälle aufgetreten, zunächst als sporadische generalisierte Anfälle, später als typische Dämmerattacken. Da sich in der Familie keine weiteren Mißbildungen finden und Schwangerschaft und Geburt offenbar normal verliefen, nehmen die Autoren eine primäre Keimschädigung als gemeinsame Ursache der Mißbildungen an.
