Summary
A case of leiomyomatous tumor of the iris containing a number of clump cells and combined with three epithelial cysts is described.
This observation gives rise to discuss the problems of differentiation between myogenic and neurogenic tumors of the iris and their offspring.

Es wird ein leiomyomatöser Iristumor beschrieben, der zahlreiche Klumpenzellen enthält und in dessen unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft drei epitheliale Iriscysten liegen. Diese Beobachtung bietet Anlaß, die Frage der Unterscheidung myogener und neurogener Iristumoren sowie ihrer Entstehung zu erörtern.
