Summary

2 cases of enchondral dysostosis with unusual developmental disturbance of the hip joints are reported. The development of the acetabulum was different from the common type of dysostotic development and resulted in dislocation of the femoral head at juvenil age.

Zusammenfassung

In 2 Fällen enchondraler Dysostose entwickelte sich infolge einer eigenartigen Entwicklungsstörung der Pfanne Luxation bzw. Subluxation des Femurkopfes im späteren Kindesalter. Die Entwicklungsstörung der Pfanne wich von der Entwicklung der üblichen dysostotischen Pfanne ab.
