Summary

A case of tumoral lipo-calcinosis without hyperphosphatemia is reported. In comparison with the cases already reported in literature characteristic is the fever as well as the identification of apathogenic bacteria in the liquid matter of the tumoral formations.

Proceeding from the microscopic findings the term “Tumoral Lipo-Calcinosis” is admitted as more suitable.
