Summary

This paper deals with two cases of Synovitis pigmentosa villonodularis of which the X-ray findings differ from the common known radiological alterations. The problems of diagnosis in Synovitis pigmentosa villonodularis are discussed. With regard to literature other problems are discussed too of this special disease often taking a masked course, f.e. two types of benign forms.

Zusammenfassung

Es werden zwei Fälle von Synovitis pigmentosa villonodularis beschrieben, deren Röntgenbefund von dem bekannten Bild abweicht. Die Problematik der Diagnostik wird dargestellt. An Hand des Schrifttums werden weitere Probleme dieser wahrscheinlich häufig „getarnt“ verlaufenden Erkrankung erörtert und entsprechende Schlußfolgerungen gezogen.
