Zur Behandlung von Spätschäden nach Schenkelhalsfrakturen

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über 39 Spätschäden nach Schenkelhalsfraktur berichtet und die Problematik der Behandlungsmaßnahmen dargelegt. Bei 31 Patienten wurde operativ vorgegangen. 13mal kam die Hüftgelenksendoprothese bei Patienten über 60 Jahren zur Anwendung. Bei 13 jüngeren Patienten wurde eine hüftkopferhaltende Operation durchgeführt, zweimal das Hüftgelenk versteift. Die Problematik der Indikationsstellung einzuschlagender Behandlungsmaßnahmen zeigt sich im besonderen bei der Erörterung der behandelten sechs kindlichen Spätschäden nach Schenkelhalsfraktur.
