Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Häufung von Femurkopfnekrosen, z. T. mit Osteolyse des Kopfes, Pfannenweitung, Protrusio und Subluxation des Halsstumpfes, bei Patienten mit primärchronischer Polyarthritis, die lange Zeit Cortison erhalten haben, berichtet. Die mögliche Mitwirkung von Cortison bei diesen Veränderungen wird diskutiert und für möglich gehalten.
