Summary

Intra- or postoperative complete fractures of the femur occurred in 912 cases of total hip replacement 8 times. These cases are analyzed in this paper and the therapeutic possibilities discussed.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Komplikation „Femurfraktur bei Totalendoprothese“ berichtet. Die im Krankenbestand unserer Klinik bei 912 Totalendoprothesen achtmal aufgetretenen Fälle werden analysiert. Zur Therapie wird kritisch Stellung genommen.
