Summary
On the basis of 3 cases of true spondyloptosis, a two-step operation for repositioning and stabilisation using Harrington's instrumentation with anterior intercorporeal spine fusion is recommended. The first operation involves repositioning with the help of Harrington's rod through a dorsal approach. Approximately 2 weeks later, the distraction is increased by tightening the rod again. Reposition is then completed through an anterior transabdominal approach and an intercorporeal lumbar sacral fusion performed.
Zusammenfassung
An Hand von 3 eigenen Fällen echter Spondylolisthesis wird ein zweizeitiges Vorgehen bei der Reposition und Stabilisation mit dem Harrington-Instrumentarium und vorderer interkorporeller Spondylodese empfohlen. In einer ersten Sitzung wird die Reposition mit dem Harrington-Distraktionsstab von dorsal her durchgeführt. In einer zweiten Narkose, die sich etwa 2 Wochen an die erste anschließt, wird das Distraktionsmanöver durch Nachspannen des Harrington-Instrumentariums wiederholt und dann durch vorderen transabdominalen Zugang die Reposition vervollständigt und eine interkorporelle lumbosacrale Spondylodese angeschlossen.
