Beitrag zur Luxation im distalen Radio-Ulnar-Gelenk

Summary

The luxation in the distal radio-ulnar-joint will be demonstrated by the hurt of a patient (woman) and reflected. This hurt ist relativly rare and often it will be overlooked because the bone ist not participated. Even in this demonstrated case, the hurt was not recognized while the first time. There fore a operative reposition became necessary. We will also show the mechanism of the accident. The reposition of a fresh hurt ist easy.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird die Luxation im distalen Radio-Ulnar-Gelenk an Hand der Verletzung einer Patientin geschildert und in Erinnerung gerufen. Diese Verletzung ist relativ selten und wird, da der Knochen nicht beteiligt ist, häufig übersehen. Auch an Hand des geschilderten Falles ist die Verletzung zunächst nicht erkannt worden, so daß eine operative Reposition erforderlich wurde. Es wird weiterhin auf den Unfallmechanismus hingewiesen. Die Behandlung — Reposition — der frischen Verletzung ist leicht.
