Summary
By a serie of X-rays of hips the author characterises the praearthrosis after epiphysiolysis and epiphysiolisthesis capitis femuris and the coxarthrosis epiphysaria. Analysing 33 series of 66 hips from patients with epiphysiolysis and epiphysiolisthesis capitis femuris he demonstrates the development of the typical praearthrosis and the coxarthrosis epiphysaria.
Zusammenfassung
Der Autor versucht, das Röntgenbild der sogenannten „epiphysären Hüfte“ und das der „epiphysären Coxarthrose“ abzugrenzen und zu charakterisieren. An Hand von Röntgenserien der Verlaufsbeobachtungen der Hüftgelenke nach Epiphysiolysis und Epiphysiolisthesis capitis femuris wird der Nachweis erbracht, daß die vorher als epiphysär definierte Präarthrose und Coxarthrose sich tatsächlich aus dem Krankheitsbild Epiphysiolysis und Epiphysiolisthesis capitis femuris entwickelt. Warum ein kleinerer Teil der Gelenke nicht diese typische Entwicklung zeigt, konnte nicht ausreichend geklärt werden.
