Zusammenfassung

An Hand dieser Beispiele wollte ich darauf hinweisen, daß man bei Verdacht auf eine Cyste des medialen Meniscus vor allem auch an einen vergrößerten Schleimbeutel im Bereich des Pes anserinus, an eine gelenksnahe Exostose, aber auch an einen umgeschlagenen Lappenriß des medialen Meniscus denken soll, um durch die richtig gestellte Diagnose entsprechend vorgehen zu können und um nicht einen normalen Meniscus unnötig zu entfernen.
