Summary
Two characteristic cases of Dystrophia maculosa (Groenouw II) of the cornea gave us rise to light and electron microscopic examination. Histological the colour reaction of the variabilities gives information about the material combination. Variabilities of the ultrastructures indicate something about the pathogenesis of the disease.
Zusammenfassung
Zwei charakteristische Fälle von Dystrophia corneae maculosa (Typ Groenouw II) gaben Anlaß zu licht- und elektronenmikroskopischen Untersuchungen. Während histologisch das färberische Verhalten der Veränderungen über die stoffliche Zusammensetzung orientiert, ergeben sich aus Veränderungen der Ultrastruktur Hinweise auf die Pathogenese.
