Fluorescenzangiographische und histologische Beobachtungen an Kaninchenaugen nach Diathermiecoagulation

Summary

At 10 rabbit eyes electrocoagulation effects were placed. Directly after the coagulation and in the following days and weeks fluorescence angiographic and histological studies were accomplished. The findings makes plain, that the destruction of the electrocoagulation is more extensive than by photocoagulation. The dye exudation in both processes continues not more than 2 days. With the 3. postoperative day the beginning of seaming is noticed. Striking is a partial interruption of chorioidal blood flow, caused by the size and quality of electrocoagulation effects and the tardy beginning of regeneration in coagulation effects.

Zusammenfassung

An 10 Kaninchenaugen wurden Diathermiecoagulationseffekte gesetzt, die sofort nach der Coagulation sowie in den darauf folgenden Tagen und Wochen fluorescenzangiographisch und histologisch untersucht wurden. Die Befunde zeigen, daß der zerstörende Effekt der Diathermiecoagulation sehr viel größer ist als der einer Lichtcoagulation. Die Farbstoffexsudation hält allerdings bei beiden Verfahren nicht länger als 2 Tage an. Ab dem dritten postoperativen Tag ist eine beginnende Vernarbung sichtbar. Auffallend ist eine von Größe und Art der Coagulationseffekte abhängige partielle Aderhautdurchblutungsstörung sowie die nur langsam verlaufende Regeneration im Bereich der Coagulationseffekte.
