Summary

Indentation offers the advantage to examine the periphery of the fundus. The different possibilities to apply this method to slit-lamp biomicroscopy are described.

Zusammenfassung

Die äußerste Netzhautperipherie und die Pars plana des Ciliarkörpers sind bei normalen Augen nur durch Indentation der Bulbuswand sichtbar. Die Methoden, welche gestatten, diese Indentationsuntersuchung auch bei der Spaltlampenbiomikroskopie anzuwenden, werden beschrieben.
