Summary
After a brief review of the world literature the possible causes of the primary and the secondary congenital aphakia are discussed and three own cases of such disturbances of the developement of the lens are described. The first observation showed the clinical picture of a primary congenital aphakia, the second that of a secondary congenital pseudo-aphakia with cataractous remnants of a dislocated lens and the third that of a congenital pseudo-aphakia fibro-calcarea. In all three cases were found references to an intrauterin toxoplasma-infection.
Zusammenfassung
An Hand des Schrifttums werden die möglichen Ursachen der primären und der sekundären angeborenen Aphakie aufgezeigt und 3 eigene Fälle einschlägiger Entwicklungsstörungen der Linse beschrieben. Der 1. Fall zeigte weitgehend das klinische Bild einer primären Aphakia congenita, der 2. das einer sekundären Pseudo-Aphakia congenita mit kataraktösen Resten einer verlagerten Linse und der 3. das einer Pseudo-Aphakia congenita fibro-calcarea. In allen drei Fällen ergaben sich Hinweise für eine bereits intrauterin erfolgte Toxoplasmainfektion.
