Summary
A pure form of sideramine was extracted from cultures of Arthrobacter simplex and was identified as ferrioxamine B. Chromobacterium violaceum produces ferrioxamine E.

Aus Kulturen von Arthrobacter simplex konnte ein Sideramin in reiner Form dargestellt und als Ferrioxamin B identifiziert werden. Chromobacterium violaceum bildet Ferrioxamin E.
