Zur Umfeldbeleuchtung bei der Spaltlampenphotographie

Summary

We described in 1966 an equipment for takeing photographs of the optical section in the fundus of the eye. A bright illumination of the optical section as well as illumination of the surrounding parts is necessary for satisfactory photographs. This illumination of the surrounding parts made by the usual photoslitlamps is not suitable for photography of the fundus. Therefore an attachment for photoslitlamps is described enabling pictures of the optical section of the fundus to be taken. The light of the slitlamp is devided in two parts: one for the illumination of the optical section, the other to light up the surrounding parts.

Zusammenfassung

Bereits 1966 haben wir eine Apparatur zur Photographie des optischen Schnittes im hinteren Augenabschnitt angegeben. Für befriedigende Aufnahmen sind dabei sowohl eine Spaltbeleuchtung als auch eine Umfeldbeleuchtung notwendig. Die Umfeldbeleuchtung der handelsüblichen Photospaltlampen ist aber nur für Aufnahmen des vorderen Augenabschnittes geeignet. Es wird deshalb ein Zusatzgerät für Photospaltlampen angegeben, das mit Hilfe eines Lichtteilers das Umfeld beleuchtet und damit befriedigende Aufnahmen des optischen Schnittes nicht nur des vorderen Augenabschnittes, sondern auch des hinteren Augenabschnittes ermöglicht.
