Summary
Mice were tested with reserpine before receiving an injection of l-DOPA. At various times after the l-DOPA injection they were sacrificed and the brains and hearts were analyzed for their catecholamine content. Effects on the conditioned avoidance response were further analyzed using reserpine and l-DOPA, and the correlations between the two were discussed.
