Summary
The charts usually employed for the documentation of eyeground changes are based on representation in polar azimuthal equidistant projection. Their various possible uses and advantages are critically evaluated. A technique for the direct and exact cartographic documentation of biomicroscopic findings—including lesions both of the retina and of the iridocorneal angle—is described, which the author has developed by amplifying suggestions already made by Dufour in 1965.

Die gebräuchlichen Schemata zur Dokumentierung von Fundusveränderungen werden als äquidistante Acimutalprojektionen erläutert. Deren verschiedene Verwendungsmöglichkeiten und Vorteile werden gegenübergestellt.
In Erweiterung schon 1965 von Dufour gegebener Hinweise wird eine eigene Technik zur direkten und exakten zeichnerischen Dokumentation von biomikroskopisch erhobenen Befunde dargestellt; und zwar sowohl für Netzhautals auch Kammerwinkelveränderungen.
