Zusammenfassung

Versuche, in Plattenkulturen weitergehende Entwicklungsstadien der Keimschläuche von Uredosporen des Schwarzrostes, Puccinia gramini tritici zu erhalten, werden beschrieben. Es fördern Eisenverbindungen, nicht denaturiertes Hühnereigelb, Cystein, Leucin und Glutathion sowohl die Ausbildung der Vesikel als auch das Längenwachstum der Infektionshyphen bei Gegenwart von Pyridoxin.
