Zygosaccharomyces mrakii nova species

Summary

A new species of Zygosaccharomyces is described; it was isolated from some materials used for silage. This species is named Zygosaccharomyces mrakii nov. spec. in honour of Professor E. M. Mrak of Department of Food Technology-University of California (U.S.A.).
