Summary
For the first time it was possible to prove more than two protein components of normal aqueous humor in agar gel by the combined Disk-Immun-method. With the Disk-electrophoresis complicated and displaying concentration of aqueous humor as well as concentrating effects and loss of-substance can be avoided.
Zusammenfassung
Mit der kombinierten Disk-Immunmethode war es erstmals möglich, mehr als zwei Eiweißkomponenten des normalen Kammerwassers im Agargel nachzuweisen. Die Disk-Elektrophorese umgeht die schwierige und aufwendige Konzentrierung des Kammerwassers, wobei etwaige Konzentrationseffekte und Substanzverluste vermieden werden.
