Summary

A modification of the iridocycloretraction according to Krasnov (1969, 1971), combined with sclerectomy, is described by the authors and considered useful in the surgical therapy of aphakic glaucoma and other types of glaucoma due to organic blocking of the aqueous humor.

Es wird eine Modifikation der Iridocycloretraktion nach Krasnov (1969, 1971), kombiniert mit Sklerektomie, beschrieben. Sie bildet eine wertvolle Hilfe beim Aphakieglaukom und anderen Formen des grünen Stars durch organische Blockierung des Kammerwassers.
