Gefäßeinscheidungen bei Angiitis retinae im Fluorescenzangiogramm

Summary

The infiltrations of the vessel walls in secondary periangitis of the retina show a normal fluorescence angiogram (Jütte and Lemke, 1968). In contrast of this some sheathings of the vessels in primary and secondary periangitis of the retina are effectivly fluorescing. This phenomena could be produced by the dyestuff leaving the affected vessels (like in the cases of active infiltrations in primary periangitis). On the other hand it is possible that in addition a part of fluorescein leaving the capillaries migrates toward the greater vessels and accumulates at the vessel walls or/and within the very small perivascular spaces. Up to a certain degree an autofluorescence may be assumed.

Zusammenfassung

Im Gegensatz zu den nach Jütte und Lemke nicht fluorescierenden Gefäßwandinfiltraten bei „Begleitperiphlebitis“ zeigen Gefäßwandeinscheidungen bei primärer und sekundärer Angiitis retinae teilweise Fluorescenz. Diese könnte Zustandekommen entweder durch direkten Austritt von Farbstoff aus den affizierten Gefäßen (wie bei den Infiltraten der primären Erkrankungsform) oder durch Zuwanderung von Fluorescein, das aus den Capillaren ausgetreten und auf größere Gefäße zugewandert ist. Eine Ansammlung an den Gefäßwänden und in den sehr engen perivasculären Räumen wäre möglich. Bis zu einem gewissen Grad liegt wahrscheinlich aber auch Eigenfluorescenz vor.
