Über die Beziehungen zwischen dem Naevus der Haut, dem Naevus der Augenbindehaut und dem Melanom der Aderhaut

The morphological range of the cell types of the tumoral tissue in uveal melanomas does not differ from those of the naevus cell growths of the skin and the conjunctiva as shown by the examination of touch and smear preparations. Schwann's cell, respectively Remak's fiber are out of question to be the mother cell of these tumoral types. In recent times the melanoblast is most commonly accepted as their mother cell, especially in the Anglo-American literature. It remains a question yet to be solved how far this assumption agrees with the thesis supported by the authors that the mother cell of the naevi and melanomas has to be considered a concomitant cell (supplementary cell, sheath cell) of the peripheral nerve tissue appearing as endoperineural membraneous cell (endothelial cell), or whether it is contradictory to it.

Zusammenfassung

Der Kreis der zelligen Erscheinungsformen des Geschwulstgewebes der Melanome der Uvea ist, wie die Untersuchung im Tupfen und Wischer zeigt, kein anderer als jener der naevuszellennaevischen Geschwülste der Haut und der Augenbindehaut. Die Schwannsche Zelle, bzw. die Remaksche Faser kommen als Mutterzellen dieser Geschwulstarten nicht in Frage. Als ihre Mutterzelle wird vielmehr neuerdings ziemlich allgemein, namentlich im angelsächsischen Schrifttum, der Melanoblast angesehen. Wieweit sich diese Anschauung mit der von uns vertretenen These, daß die Mutterzelle der Naevi und Melanome in einer Begleitzelle (Beizelle, Hüllzelle) des peripheren Nervengewebes in Form der endoperineuralen Häutchenzelle (Endothelzelle) zu erblicken sei, verträgt oder ihr widerspricht, ist vorerst eine offene Frage.
