Die Grenzkonzentration der osmotischen Werte für die Sporenkeimung von Puccinia graminis tritici Rasse 21 wird festgelegt.

Nahe der Grenzkonzentration der Sporenkeimung kommt es bei einem durch Glucose stabilisierten Eiweiß-Zellsaft-Puffergemisch zur Bildung sekundärer Rostsporen, welche als Notsporenbildung gedeutet wird, deren Bildung unter Überspringen der vegetativen Entwicklung abläuft.

Die allgemeine Bedeutung dieser Beobachtung wird diskutiert.
