Zur elektronenmikroskopischen Darstellung der Feinstruktur von Rhodospirillum rubrum

Ergebnisse einer neuen, einfachen Dünnschnittmethode

Zusammenfassung

Es werden Dünnschnitte durch Rhodospirillum rubrum gezeigt, die mit einem herkömmlichen Mikrotom unter Zuhilfenahme eines neuen Vorschubprinzips angefertigt wurden.

Neben Granula verschiedener Größe und gegen das Plasma abgegrenzter Vacuolen sind besondere lamellare Gebilde zu erkennen, deren mögliche Natur diskutiert wird.
