Summary

The spindle-shaped plastids of the brown saprophytic orchid Neottia nidus-avis contain coiled thylakoids as well as branched thylakoids and swollen thylakoids with stroma-like material.

Zusammenfassung

Die braune saprophytische Orchidee Neottia nidus-avis enthält in ihren spindelförmigen Plastiden aufgerollte Thylakoide. Außerdem kommen verzweigte Thylakoide und Thylakoide mit kontrastierbarem Inhalt vor.
