Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Fall von reaktiver, fibroblastärer Proliferation des Tränensacks berichtet. Trotz der histopathologisch vorliegenden Kernpolymorphie handelt es sich dabei um einen gutartigen Tumor aus der Bindegewebsreihe. Ein Rezidiv ist innerhalb der vierjährigen Beobachtungszeit nicht aufgetreten, obwohl der Tumor nicht im Gesunden entfernt worden ist.

Summary

A report of one case of a reactive fibroblastic proliferation of the lacrimal sac. In spite of the rather malignant histopathologic picture, no further therapy than simple excision, which could not even be accomplished within the healthy tissue, was effective.
