Summary
2 cases of meningioma of Meckel's Cave were reported; the first without, the second with extension into the posterior fossa. The clinical and radiological findings and the result of the operations are described with a discussion of other cases reported in the literature.

Es wird über zwei Fälle von Meningiom des Cavum Meckeli berichtet: Der erste Fall ohne Ausdehnung, der zweite Fall mit Ausdehnung in die hintere Schädelgrube. Die klinisch-radiologischen Befunde und das Ergebnis der Operation werden beschrieben sowie eine Besprechung von weiteren Fällen im Schrifttum.
