Summary
Chromosome analysis with G- and C-banding was performed four times on a recurrent non-invasive transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder. Persistence of a pseudodiploid karyotype with four markers was found in each specimen. Therefore, it is suggested that the presence of chromosome aberration may be related to the recurrences of urinary bladder carcinomas.
