Zusammenfassung
Die Autoren vollzogen mit Hilfe histochemischer Methoden Untersuchungen über Verteilung und Aktivität der Bernsteinsäure-Dehydrogenase, DPNH-Diaphorase, Cytochromoxydase Bowie der alkalischen Phosphatase in der Leber von Kaninchen bei Vergiftung mit Quecksilberdämpfen. Sie stellten bei der Mehrzahl der Versuchstiere Aktivitätsverminderung der Atmungsfermente in den Leberzellen fest. Bei einigen Tieren jedoch machte sich ein geringer Reaktionsanstieg bei diesen Fermenten bemerkbar. Die alkalische Phosphatase zeigte besonders in den Zellmembranen erhöhte Aktivität, wodurch es zur Störungen im aktiven Substrat-Transport Yom Blut ins Cytoplasma kommen kann.
