Diskussion über das Problem der „physikalischen Allergie“ an Hand eines Falles von Kälteurticaria

Zusammenfassung

Nach einem Rückblick auf die Literatur wird über einen Fall von Kälteurticaria berichtet. Erscheinungen traten sowohl bei Kontakt mit kalter Luft als auch mit kaltem Wasser an den ausgesetzten Körperpartien auf. Die Überempfindlichkeit war passiv übertragbar; der Einfluß verschiedener Antihistaminkörper wurde bei peroraler, intramuskulärer und intracutaner Verabreichung geprüft. Nach Entfernung eines Fokalherdes (Tonsillektomie) trat eine bislang andauernde wesentliche Besserung ein.
