Summary

The American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) held a symposium in Washington, DC, designed to discuss the scientific, technical, and programmatic issues of non-ionizing radiation. Since, in Germany, the regulations DIN 57848 and VDE 0848 still exist only as drafts, the presented state of the art was of special interest. The proceedings of this meeting will be published by the ACGIH in 1980.
