Zusammenfassung

Das Glomus caroticum wurde auf seinen Gehalt an Carboanhydrase untersucht und dieses Ferment darin nachgewiesen. Die Rolle, die das Enzym in der Funktion des Chemoreceptors spielen könnte, wird kurz erörtert.
