Zusammenfassung Es wurden vergleichende Untersuchungen der bekannten Bestimmungsmethoden der δ-Aminolävulinsäure im Harn durchgeführt. Als beste hat sich die Methode von MAUZERALL and GRANICK erwiesen. Einer Anwendung dieser für Routineanalysen steht jedoch der große Zeitaufwand zu ihrer Durchführung entgegen.
Die Autoren haben eine einfache Modifikation der Methode von Mauzerall und Granick ausgearbeitet, die die Zeitdauer der Analyse auf 20 min verkürzt. Die Präzision dieser Modifikation beträgt 5,8 %, der durchschnittliche Wiedergewinnungswert 96,5%. Parallel durchgefüihrte Analysen mit der originalen and modifizierten MauzerallGranick-Methode im Harn von bleiexponierten Arbeitern haben eine völlige Übereinstimmung der Ergebnisse gezeigt. Das ausgearbeitete Verfahren kann weite Anwendung in der Routinediagnostik finden.
