Über einen atypischen Fall von Granuloma annulare

Gleichzeitig ein Beitrag zur Ätiologie des Granuloma annulare.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen atypíschen Fall von Granuloma annulare berichtet, der gekennzeichnet ist durch das Vorhandensein solitärer, tuberöser Efflorescenzen neben typisch annulären. Die Vielfalt klinisch atypischer, nur histologisch zu klärender Fälle von Granuloma annulare lassen es angebracht erscheinen, von dem „polymorphen Typ“ eines Gr.a. zu reden. Die Differentialdiagnose des mitgeteilten Falles wird erörtert. Es wird auf die Pathogenese des Granuloma annulare eingegangen, die tuberkulöse Genese des Krankheitsgeschehens wahrscheinlich gemacht, und das Granuloma annulare dem Formenkreis der Hauttuberkulose bei gesteigerter Allergie zugeordnet.
