Über die vegetierend-hyperkeratotische Form der Mycosis fungoides

Zusammenfassung

1. Nach einem Überblick über das bisherige einschlägige Schrifttum wird über einen Fall — den fünften der zur Verfügung stehenden Literatur — von vegetierend-hyperkeratotischer (prätumoraler) Form von Mycosis fungoides (Mf.) berichtet.

2. Die klinische und insbesondere histologische Analyse des genannten Krankheitsbildes gab Veranlassung, das im Rahmen der Mf. auftretende Moment der Hyperkeratose einer eingehenderen Betrachtung zu unterziehen und als der (vorgeschwulstigen) Mf. wesenseigentümlich zu erkennen.

3. Darüber hinaus könnte die Darstellung der genannten Variante — im Verein mit den übrigen ihr zukommenden feingeweblichen Eigentümlichkeiten — geeignet sein, einen Beitrag zur klinischen und namentlich histologischen Frühdiagnose der (prätumoralen) Mf. zu liefern.
