Über Skeletbeteiligung bei Mycosis fungoides

Zugleich ein Beitrag zum röntgenologischen und bioptischen Nachweis des Befalls hautnaher Lymphknoten

Zusammenfassung

Bei einem mehrere Jahre lang beobachteten Mycosis fungoides-Kranken wurde in den letzten Lebenswochen klinisch und röntgenologisch eine Knochenbeteiligung festgestellt. Dabei zeigte sich histologisch — gleichlaufend mit der Affizierung des Skeletsystems — ein Umschlag des bis dahin granulomartig-vielgestaltigen (tumoralen) „Granuloma“ fungoides-Bildes in das eines einförmig aufgebauten Retothelsarkoms.
