Über einen besonderen Fall von multiplen symmetrischen Fingerfibromen

Zusammenfassung

Es werden multiple symmetrische, in kurzer zeitlicher Aufeinanderfolge entstandene kappenförmige Fibrome über den Fingermittelgelenken bei einem 27 jährigen Mann beschrieben, der in erstmaliger Beobachtung auch am rechten Daumen über dem Interphalangealgelenk einen gleichen Tumor, sowie an der re. planta pedis ein Fibrom von histologisch den Fingertumoren analogem Bau aufwies. Als große Seltenheit liegt zusätzliche Lokalisation eines Fibroms über den seitlichen Interphalangealgelenksabschnitten sowie Kombination mit unilateralen plantaren Callositäten vor. Die Tumoren waren dolent, behinderten den Faustschluß und die Gehfähigkeit. Eine excidierte Fingergeschwulst rezidivierte innert 1 1/2 Jahren. Auf Grund der engen strukturellen Verbindungen mit dem Sehnengewebe wird dieses als Ursprungsort aufgefaßt. Die Ätiologie ist unklar; eine besondere individuelle Disposition dürfte eine Rolle spielen. Über die auslösenden Faktoren können keine bestimmten Angaben gemacht werden; endokrine oder infektiös-toxische Einflüsse werden abgelehnt.
