Wutverhalten und pathologischer Schlaf bei Tumor der vorderen Mittellinie

Zusammenfassung

Klinischer und anatomischer Bericht über einen Kranken, bei dem ein Wutverhalten, vergleichbar dem „sham rage“ des Tierexperiments auftrat, an das sich in einem späteren Stadium ein typischer pathologischer Schlaf anschloß. Es handelte sich um ein Oligodendrogliom, das aus Strukturen, die dem limbischen System zuzuordnen sind, in den vorderen Thalamus (unspezifisches thalamisches System) eingewachsen war. Die anatomisch-klinischen Beziehungen werden unter Berücksichtigung physiologischer Befunde erörtert.
