Chronic epidural haematoma with partial rim enhancement

Summary

A change in behaviour was noted in a 40-year-old male. After 3 weeks a CT scan was performed and disclosed a parietal epidural lesion with partial rim enhancement. A chronic, clotted, epidural haematoma was removed by operation.
