Summary

The author describes a new technique for gas myelography. The findings of normal and of syringomyelic cord are shown and discussed.

Es wird eine neue Technik der Luft-Myeolographie beschrieben, die für die Diagnostik der Syringomyelie sehr geeignet ist. Die gewonnenen Befunde werden diskutiert und mit denen normaler Fälle verglichen.
