Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Die somatischen Metaphasechromosomen von Cypripedium debile wurden durch die Methylgrün-Färbung differentiell gefärbt: die heterochromatischen Chromosomenstücke werden durch Pyronin rot, die euchromatischen Teile durch Methylgrün violett gefärbt.

  2. 2.

    Im Ruhekern färben sich die Chromonemata blau, die Chromozentren violett und die Nukleolen rot.

  3. 3.

    Die Frage über die chemische Beschaffenheit des heterochromatischen Chromosomenstückes wird kurz gestreift.
