Zusammenfassung
In den motorischen Vorderhornzellen, den Ganglienzellen des Ganglion semilunare nervi V. und den Ganglienzellen der Spinalganglien lassen sich supravital bei der weißen Maus mit dem Phasenkontrastmikroskop feine hinter- und nebeneinandergelagerte, mehr lange als breite Stäbchen beobachten, die zu Fibrillen zusammenzutreten scheinen. Sie werden in Hinblick auf die Befunde an elektronen-mikroskopischen Präparaten als Grundlage für die insbesondere mit Imprägnationsmethoden darstellbaren sog. Neurofibrillen angesehen. In zentralen und peripheren vegetativen Ganglienzellen fehlen diese Elemente fast vollständig. Ihre funktionelle Bedeutung ist unbekannt.
