Interhemispheric subdural hematoma secondary to hemorrhage from a calloso-marginal artery aneurysm

Summary

This report documents two unusual consequencies of bleeding from an aneurysm located on the callosomarginal artery; the development of an acute interhemispheric subdural hematoma which was removed at operation six days after hemorrhage and the angiographic delineation of spontaneous thrombosis of the aneurysm two weeks after the initial ictus.
