Summary
The authors reviewed 95 carotid angiographies and 5 vertebral angiographies. In this material the posterior cerebral vein was visible in 30 cases. Its normal radiological anatomy was studied and the signs of a tumoral infiltration of the splenium corporis callosi was described.
Résumé
A propos de 30 veines cérébrales postèrieures, les auteurs étudient la radio-anatomie normale de cette veine, dont l'étude permet de juger de l'envahissement du corps calleux dans les tumeurs malignes tel qu'ils le rapportent dans 3 de leurs exemples.
Zusammenfassung
Anhand von 95 Carotisangiogrammen und 5 Vertebralisangiogrammen wurde die normale radiologische Anatomie der hinteren Cerebralvene beschrieben. Diese Vene wurde in 30 Fällen klar im Angiogramm abgebildet. Es wird auf die Symptome einer Tumor-Infiltration des splenium corporis callosi hingewiesen.
