Summary
A case of anogenital hypaesthesia and dysuria after myelography with methiodal-sodium is recorded. A later myelography shows severe changes which must be considered as signs of chronic adhesive arachnoiditis.

L'auteur rapport un cas d'hypoesthésie anogénitale après myélographie au Méthiodal avec dysurie. Une myélographie ultérieure montra de graves changements qui sont à considérer comme des signes d'arachnoïdite chronique adhésive.
